1. Who can use Archilink
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration details. Access is currently invitation-only; codes may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the portfolio work you upload. You grant Archilink a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content with other signed-in users solely to operate the platform.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload work you do not have rights to, harass other members, scrape the platform, misrepresent your identity, or use Archilink for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case unless required by law.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Archilink online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer
Archilink is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Archilink is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
