Aravali Villa · Full Construction Set · B + G + 2
Aravali Villa —
drawing by drawing.
26 coordinated sheets · 104 distinct drawings across architecture, interior, structure and MEP. Every sheet ships with the callouts a site engineer needs.
About the project · 2024
A four-level villa drawn end to end in AutoCAD.
Basement to terrace, architecture to MEP — one coordinated set of thirteen AutoCAD sheets, each carrying several drawings so structure and services never fall out of sync with the plan.
- Overview
- Aravali Villa is a B+G+2 luxury residence — a basement service level, a public ground floor of drawing rooms and hall, a private first floor of bedrooms, and a terrace level with two rooms and mumty. The set was drawn so a mason, a bar-bender and an MEP contractor can each open the same file and find their work.
- Scope
- Full working documentation in AutoCAD — architectural plans, centre-line setting-out, marking layouts, elevations and sections; interior sheets for bedroom, toilets and staircase; structural columns and beams; and coordinated MEP for plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Delivery
- 13 coordinated sheets carrying 104 distinct drawings — architecture, interior, structure and MEP. Every sheet is annotated with the callouts a site engineer actually references: setting-out grids, level datums, opening centres, tile patterns, beam sizes and drain points.
- Notes
- The setting-out chain is the workhorse of this project. Centre-line plans for basement, ground and first floor share the same grid so vertical alignment is provable at a glance — pair that with the marking-layout sheet at each level and the villa can be laid out on site with almost no rework.
