Plumbing, electrical and HVAC drawn against the same architectural grid so nothing clashes on site — twenty sheets, one coordination logic.
- Overview
- House 14 is a contemporary G+2 residence with a mumty and terrace. The MEP set was built as a coordination study — every service is drawn on the same architectural plan so risers, shafts and terminations agree before anything is priced.
- Scope
- Full MEP working documentation — plumbing (water supply, drainage, soil-waste-vent), electrical (lighting, power, DB schedule, load schematic) and HVAC (split placement, ODU zoning, drain and refrigerant routing) across all levels including the terrace and mumty.
- Delivery
- 20 sheets in total — 12 plumbing, 4 electrical, 4 HVAC — each drawn to 1:100 at A1 and stackable as a construction-doc set. Terrace tank and pump layout, toilet enlargements and DB schedule are on-sheet, not in an annexure.
- Notes
- The reason this set works on site is that the shafts are chosen once — plumbing risers, electrical conduits and refrigerant lines all use the same vertical geometry, so nothing has to be re-routed at slab level. The combined services check happens on paper, not in RCC.

Power, lighting, and site distribution. Sockets, lighting circuits, switching and site-level distribution. One sheet per level plus an external site layout.

Comfort routed floor by floor. Split & cassette units, ducting, propeller fans and toilet exhaust — every indoor unit, duct run and exhaust route.
