A retail block read as one continuous facade.
Three programmes stitched onto a single 20 × 18 m corner plot — commerce at the street, cars in the middle, homes above — resolved as one coherent architectural set.
- Overview
- A G+2P+5 mixed-use tower on a corner plot. The brief was to stack retail, parking and housing without letting the elevation read as three different buildings. The composition uses a symmetric arcade base, mid-band glazing across the parking floors, and twin domed crowns at +32.40 m to lock the silhouette.
- Scope
- Full architectural documentation from plot layout to top-of-roof — plans, elevations, sections and stair details. Setting-out, floor-to-floor heights, ramp gradients and core geometry all resolved in the same set so the drawings can go directly to the site engineer.
- Delivery
- 12 coordinated sheets — plot, 7 floor plans (ground, two parking, typical, roof, top roof), 2 elevations (front + left), 2 sections (long + cross through core) and one full stair-detail sheet with calculation table.
- Notes
- The interesting move is the parking: a 14% entry ramp from the ground floor loops into a 4% internal drive, feeding 24 bays on P1 and 37 bays on P2 without ever crossing the residential core. The twin domes aren’t decoration — they cap the two vertical circulation cores.
